However, techniques for robust spatial analysis of 3D cultures are limited. Here, we present a transfection-based method for constructing cellular spheroids through a layer-by-layer approach, in which DNA barcodes encode the spatial positioning of cells.
Anemia constitutes a major global public health challenge among school-aged children with documented impacts on psychomotor development, academic achievement, susceptibility to infections, and long-term economic productivity. This study presents nationally representative findings on the prevalence and determinants of anemia among school children aged 5-16 years in mainland Tanzania.
Australia has one of the highest rates of food allergy, anaphylaxis hospital admissions and anaphylaxis fatalities worldwide. These trends and sustained advocacy prompted a 2019 Parliamentary Inquiry into Allergies and Anaphylaxis. Among 250 submissions, the Centre for Food Allergy Research called for a national research-coordinating centre and comprehensive allergy research funding.
