Abstract:
Group A Streptococcus (Strep A) causes substantial global morbidity and mortality, yet vaccine development faces scientific, regulatory, and strategic challenges. We propose a platform-agnostic, staged clinical development and evidence-generation framework aligning trial feasibility with public health priorities.
