Ezra is a research officer in the Human Development and Community Wellbeing team at The Kids Research Institute Australia. She is a multidisciplinary researcher with expertise in the regulatory, social, and psychological aspects of human reproduction. Her work at The Institute focuses on the mental health and wellbeing of new fathers whose children end up in neonatal intensive care. In addition to her role at The Institute, Ezra is a research assistant and teaching associate at Monash University where she is currently working on projects relating to surrogacy, egg donation and mitochondrial donation.
