Sarah is the Centre Manager of the Wesfarmers Centre for Vaccines & Infectious Diseases.

Sarah is an experienced program and business manager within the WCVID, having been the program manager of the Infectious Disease Implementation Research team since 2018. She enjoys managing teams and building relationships both internally and externally. Sarah has an MBA from UWA, and her passion is combining her scientific and commercial knowledge to improve the health of others, particularly children.

She has extensive experience in communicating medical information. After completing a degree in Parasitology in the UK, Sarah spent 10 years working in medical publishing and medical education internationally. 

Sarah is an advocate for educating people about their health. She firmly believes you can educate anyone, including children, about anything. Sarah is the author of two children’s books, Beat the Bugs, and Use your Noodle.
