Maryam is a Research Assistant in the Child Physical Activity, Health and Developmental Team at the Kids Research Institute Australia, working under the supervision of Professor Hayley Christian.
With a background in Nutrition Sciences and a Master of Philosophy in Clinical Sciences, Maryam is passionate about fostering healthy behaviours early in life to support lifelong wellbeing. Her work focuses on how environments and policies can promote physical activity and equitable health outcomes for children, particularly in disadvantaged communities.
