Heidi’s knowledge enables teams to implement sustainable improvements using many proven Lean tools. These tools range from visible management boards, value stream mapping and testing proof of concepts to improve the user experience.
Heidi is supporting the institute with new ways of working with the Research Reimagined Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to focus on testing and learning and delivering on outcomes that deliver value.
Heidi is a certified Lean expert and Six Sigma green belt and has spent the last 20 years leading small and large teams to incorporate Lean tools to improve user experience, efficiency and performance.
Heidi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Chester, UK.
